APPRENTICESHIPS
Each year we aim to offer apprenticeships in the various trades within the Group, and we believe that our success and the future of our business lies in a motivated and highly skilled workforce.
Modern Apprenticeships offer a way of learning a skilled trade for life.
There are opportunities for career progression both within the company and the industry once you are qualified.
The annual process for the years apprentice intake starts early in the new year when applications are invited.
Generally to qualify you must be able to satisfy the following criteria:-
| * | You should have, or expect to achieve, GCSE passes in Maths, English, Science and craft subject of grade C or above. |
|---|---|
| * | Must enjoy working as part of a team and have a genuine interest in a career within the construction industry. |
